LONDON, UK – October 02, 2017 – Following another year of impressive market growth, Å·ÃÀÊìÅ®ÂÒÂ× (Element) has climbed 36 places in this year’s 13th annual Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250 league table, ranking 108th.

The table, published in the Sunday Times on 1 October, ranks Britain’s leading mid-market private companies based on a combination of their annual sales and operating profits. Element’s organic growth and M&A strategy have continued to go from strength to strength, further signaled by its acquisition of Exova Group Ltd (Exova) in June 2017, which saw the joining together of two of the world’s leading laboratory based testing companies to form a major global testing presence.

In 2016, when Element debuted on the list, ranked 144th, the company was already recognized as a global leader in materials testing and product qualification testing services. This progress up the league table further demonstrates Element’s consistent delivery of year-on-year topline and earnings growth, while increasing its global footprint, deepening its technical Å·ÃÀÊìÅ®ÂÒÂ× and investing in its team of Engaged Experts, ensuring the business gets closer to customers.

Charles Noall, President and CEO at Element, said: “We take great pride in our inclusion in this year’s Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250 and, of course, we are delighted to see our ranking move up significantly. It has been yet another incredibly successful year for the business in terms of growth. The acquisition of Exova will take the business to a whole new level, establishing the Element Group as a truly significant, global provider of testing services and well on the way to realizing our ambition of becoming the best and most trusted testing partner in the world.”
