LONDON, UK – October 12, 2017 - Å·ÃÀÊìÅ®ÂÒÂ× is pleased to announce that it has completed the formal rebranding and integration of MDT, Medical Device Testing Services, significantly expanding its global medical device testing capability and capacity. Acquired on the 1st of April 2017, the integration strengthens Element’s Å·ÃÀÊìÅ®ÂÒÂ× in commercial cardiovascular and medical device testing.
The state of the art laboratory based in Minnetonka, Minnesota is the largest cardiovascular, A2LA accredited, testing facility operating in the USA, with over $6 million invested in commercial fatigue and durability test systems, inspection instruments and test fixturing inventory. The laboratory specializes in pulsatile, axial, and bending fatigue on stents, catheters, and heart valves, as well as neurostimulation devices.
