ICP-MS analysis: 

ICP Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) is a versatile tool for detecting and quantifying elements in numerous samples, ranging from environmental to industrial and biological. It determines low concentrations of ppb(ug/L) and ultra-low (ppt) concentrations of elements/isotope and ionizes the sample using inductively coupled plasma and quantifies ions with a mass spectrometer. ICP-MS applications include trace elemental/metals analysis in water, seawater, soils, sludges, plant materials, and food.

 

ICP-OES analysis:

Serving a variety of applications, ICP Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES) analysis identifies and quantifies trace elements present in solids, liquids, suspensions, and more. ICP-OES analysis can analyze small samples, including drillings, millings, or swarf, with both high and low concentrations down to ppm/ppb levels (0.0001%) or 99%. It is used to determine concentrations of a wide range of elements in materials such as metals, minerals, environmental samples, biological specimens, and industrial products.
